1. Government-issued ID (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, UMID)
2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
3. Professional-looking Photo (2x2 or passport size)
4. Completed Sub-Agent Application Form (to be provided by AIDIA)
5. Bank Account Details (for commission remittance) 
   
6. Training or Orientation Attendance (as scheduled by the agency)
